TheoremReach Review: From Startup to RIWI Corp Acquisition

Abdullah Al Noman, Project Head, ZySurveys · · 2 min read

Of all the survey providers integrated into ZySurveys, TheoremReach has one of the more publicly documented corporate histories, including a confirmed acquisition covered by market research trade press. Here is what we found.

What TheoremReach Is

TheoremReach is a rewarded-survey platform that connects market researchers, app/website publishers, and end users in a three-sided marketplace. Researchers pay to reach survey respondents; publishers (including sites like ZySurveys) integrate TheoremReach's SDK or web widget to offer surveys to their users; and users complete optional surveys in exchange for virtual currency, gift cards, or in-app rewards, typically paid out to publishers on a net-60 basis.

A Verified Company History

TheoremReach was founded in 2014. In October 2024, it was acquired by RIWI Corp, a publicly listed (TSXV and OTC) market-research and trend-tracking technology company, in a deal reported at roughly $2.4 million in total consideration ($1.75 million paid at closing, a further $650,000 due within a year, plus up to $1 million in earnout tied to 2025 performance targets). TheoremReach's co-founder and CEO, Garik Goldsheyd, joined RIWI as VP of Respondent Marketplace as part of the transaction. TheoremReach reportedly generated around $3.9 million in revenue in 2023, per trade press coverage of the acquisition. TheoremReach also runs a direct-to-consumer product called WizardBucks.

One thing we specifically tried to verify and could not: a claim that TheoremReach operates as "a FMI company." We searched TheoremReach's site, RIWI's investor materials, and acquisition press coverage, and found no source connecting either company to an entity called "FMI." We are flagging this explicitly rather than repeating an unverified claim.

The User Experience

Taking a TheoremReach survey involves a short demographic profiling step, after which you are matched to available surveys with the length and reward shown upfront before you start.

Reputation

TheoremReach has a substantial Trustpilot presence, with search-indexed results pointing to a roughly 4-star average across more than 8,500 reviews, a large enough sample to be meaningful. Positive feedback commonly cites relevant survey matching, fair rewards, and a clean interface. Recurring negative feedback includes some reports of completed surveys or redeemed points not resulting in a received reward, and criticism of slow or unresponsive support in disputed cases, a pattern that shows up across review platforms including Trustpilot and PissedConsumer.

The Bottom Line

TheoremReach's acquisition by a publicly traded market-research company is a meaningfully strong trust signal compared to some smaller, less documented providers in this space, it means the company is subject to more real-world accountability than an anonymous offerwall. As always, if a TheoremReach survey on ZySurveys does not credit properly, our support team handles it the same way as any other provider issue.
