New Ways to Cash Out: Recipient's Choice Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, Wise and Bank Transfer

Getting paid should be the easy part. We've added several new ways to cash out your ZySurveys balance, so you can pick the reward that actually suits you, wherever you live. Here's everything that's new, who can use it, and how it works.

What's New at a Glance

• Recipient's Choice gift cards: you choose the retailer yourself, from a catalog local to your country.
• Prepaid Visa or Mastercard: a virtual prepaid card you can spend online.
• Wise: paid in US dollars straight to your Wise account.
• For US members: single-brand gift cards from popular stores, plus bank transfer (ACH) to a US bank account.
• Local currency estimates for members in Canada, the UK and Europe.

Recipient's Choice Gift Cards

Instead of us picking a brand for you, a Recipient's Choice reward lets you choose. After your withdrawal is approved, you get an email with a link where you pick the gift card you want. There are several versions, so you can narrow it down to what you'll actually use:

• All Retailers: the full catalog of retailers available in your country.
• All Retailers + Donation: the full catalog, or donate your reward to charity instead.
• All Retailers + Shop Local: the full catalog, including local independent shops.
• All Restaurants, Food Delivery, Coffee and Grocery: just the brands in that category.
• Visa or Mastercard: choose a virtual prepaid card.

Recipient's Choice rewards are delivered through Giftogram, one of our payout partners, and the brands you see depend on your country.

Popular Brand Gift Cards (US)

Members in the United States can also go straight to a specific brand: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Dunkin' and Chipotle, plus a Mastercard prepaid card. Gift cards are sent to the email address on your ZySurveys account after approval, usually within minutes.

Bank Transfer (ACH) for US Members

If you'd rather have cash in your bank account, US members can now withdraw by ACH bank transfer. You enter your account holder name, account number and routing number, typing the account and routing numbers twice so a typo gets caught before any money moves. We also check that the routing number is a real US routing number.

• Minimum: $50 per bank transfer.
• Fee: $1 per bank transfer.
• Timing: ACH transfers usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after approval.

You can save more than one bank account and choose which one to use each time. Your saved list only ever shows the last four digits of the account number.

Wise, for Members Everywhere

Wise is now available as a payout method. You enter the name on your Wise account, your Wisetag (for example, @yourname) and the email on your Wise account, and you can save it for next time. Wise payouts are always paid in US dollars; if you want your own currency, you can convert inside your Wise account.

If you live in Canada, the UK or Europe, the Withdraw page now shows each reward amount in your local currency as well as in US dollars, using the exchange rate at the time you withdraw. These local amounts are estimates to help you see what a reward is worth. Your wallet is still charged in US dollars, and rewards are still paid in US dollars.

Fees and Minimums

• Your first payout must be at least $10; after that, payouts start at $5.
• Most rewards have a $0.25 payout fee. Bank transfers (ACH) have a $1 fee and a $50 minimum.
• The Withdraw page always shows the exact reward, fee and total before you confirm.

How to Cash Out

1. Open Withdraw in your dashboard.
2. Pick a reward: a gift card, a prepaid card, a bank transfer or Wise.
3. Choose an amount. For a bank transfer or Wise, pick a saved account or add a new one.
4. Confirm. Every withdrawal is reviewed for security, and most are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Which Options Will I See?

The options on your Withdraw page depend on your country: Recipient's Choice gift cards and Wise are open to members everywhere, while the single-brand gift cards, the Mastercard prepaid card and bank transfers are for members in the US. The country in your profile decides which options you see.
